Strongly activated granular bentonite

MAJORBENTON<sup>®</sup> C

It is a bentonite easy to use, thanks to its granular structure enabling it to dissolve rapidly in water and to be used without the disadvantages of the products in powder form. The product, at the pH of the must, has a high negative charge, therefore it quickly binds with oppositely charged compounds, in particular with the protein substances that may cause instability and undesired precipitations in wines.
