Thanks to our experience in the wine sector, we are able to meet all the requirements of wineries. To support wineries, we have developed a range of lubricants specifically for plastic conveyor belts. Correct lubrication of the conveyors provides many advantages, such as optimal bottle stability and a reduction in electricity and water consumption.
LUBRICANTS DESIGNED FOR CELLAR BELTS
Throughout the process of wine production and conditioning, the moment of bottling requires a certain amount of precision and attention, as any mistake made at this stage could compromise the hard work done first in the field and then in the cellar. The packaging of wine involves, before and after filling, transporting the containers, whether glass bottles or other materials, on conveyor belts. Conveyor belts are made up of a set of plastic or metal links, joined together by hinges that allow them to be flexible and run on guides that are now made almost exclusively of plastic.
Considering that conveyor belts are present in all wineries, their correct lubrication takes on a certain importance, since any inefficiency of the conveyor belts affects both the operating costs of the winery and the average expenditure. Therefore, choosing a correct lubrication allows multiple advantages such as an optimal stability of the bottles on the conveyors, an average reduction of water and electricity consumption of 40-50%, greater safety for the operators and maximum precision and speed of calibration of the dosages.
Sintodry is our formulation designed for use on dry lubrication systems of conveyor belts handling plastic containers (PET), polycarbonate board (TETRA type) for liquids, glass and cans. Furthermore, among the many solutions designed for the lubrication of plants and equipment, we also have a soap-based lubricant (Lubisan Vet), with a sanitising effect, designed for conveyor belts of liquid containers in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors.
