ADDITIVES AND DETERGENTS FOR BOTTLE WASHING IN THE CELLAR
In the various cellar practices, care in bottle washing is essential to ensure that there is no alteration in the organoleptic quality of the wine during the bottling phase. To this end, we propose Adix Liquid, a liquid additive for bottle washing and CIP applications. It prevents inorganic precipitation and the foaming of alkaline solutions, even when saturated with organic contamination. For complete sanitation of stainless steel bottles and kegs, we offer Nerlik Liquid, a highly efficient alkaline detergent with a sequestering action. We also recommend Ris Plus, an additive to industrial water for the higher sequestering action of mineral salts.
