LUBRICATION

Thanks to our experience in the wine sector, we are able to satisfy every need that may arise in the winery. AEB ENGINEERING, a division of the AEB Group specialising in plant and equipment design, has developed lubrication tools designed for plastic conveyor belts. Correct lubrication of the belts allows multiple advantages such as, for example, optimal bottle stability and a reduction in electricity and water consumption.

EQUIPMENT FOR CORRECT TAPE LUBRICATION

Throughout the wine production and packaging process, the moment of bottling requires a certain amount of precision and care, as any mistake made at this stage could compromise the hard work done first in the field and then in the cellar. The packaging of wine involves, before and after filling, the transport of the containers, whether glass bottles or other materials, on conveyor belts. Conveyor belts consist of a set of links, made of plastic or metal, joined together by hinges that allow flexibility and run on guides made almost exclusively of plastic today.

Considering that conveyor belts are present in all wineries, their correct lubrication assumes a certain importance, since any inefficiency of the conveyor belts affects both the operational expenses of the winery and the average expenditure of the winery. Therefore, choosing correct lubrication allows multiple advantages such as optimal stability of bottles on the conveyor belts, an average reduction in water and electricity consumption of 40-50%, greater safety for operators and maximum precision and speed of dosage calibration.

AEB ENGINEERING, a division of the AEB Group specialising in plant and equipment design, has developed lubrication tools designed for plastic conveyor belts.

Among the equipment available for lubrication, we offer Lubimatic Multi FU, a dry lubrication system for plastic conveyor belts that allows you to select an automatic washing cycle that mixes the detergent while cleaning the belts (separately from the lubricant suction).

For this range of equipment, AEB devised Lubimatic Control Dry, a pneumatic suction system, a type of lubricant distribution and dispensing that represents a true innovation, revolutionising what existed on the market.
