SANITISER TO COMBAT CONTAMINATION IN THE CELLAR
The cleanliness and hygiene of cellar surfaces is crucial, as unwanted contamination can compromise an entire production batch. Thanks to our wide range of formulations, we are able to develop cleaning and sanitising plans.
Our line of professional sanitizers for wineries includes alcohol-based, ready-to-use liquid sanitizer suitable for degreasing treatments of surfaces and equipment in breweries. We also have Adding 35 OXI oxidiser for the treatment of aseptic packaging. Adding 35 OXI is a hydrogen peroxide preparation with a high degree of purity and can be added with automatic dosing systems, increasing the efficiency of treatments.
The range also includes sanitisers designed for the entire Food & Beverage sector and alcohol-based liquid sanitizers to be applied as a final treatment on hard surfaces at the end of cleaning operations, removing most organic contamination.
