Adjuvant for sparkling wines

FORTIFIA Cristal is an adjuvant for sparkling wines. In classic method production, it facilitates the sedimentation of bento-alginate lees (ADJUVANT Cristal A).

In the autoclave, it improves clarification and contributes to the structure of base wines.

Prevents the onset of reductive notes and improves the redox capacity of wines during aging on the lees.

Selected oak and chestnut tannins extracted in water, copper sulfate, potassium metabisulfite.
