Yeast for young, light red and rosé wines
The yeasts offered by AEB are the result of rigorous selections made in collaboration with prestigious Research Institutes. Fermol Primeurs produces a considerable quantity of pleasant fruity esters, which integrate well with the aromas typical of carbonic maceration. It has a brief latency phase which easily allows the prevalence over the indigenous microflora. The production of fruity aromas is notably intensified in the presence of a good dose of readily assimilable nitrogen.
