Vinifi cation aid for grapes aected by Botrytis or by grey rot

Antibotrytis Max is a preparation based on PVPP, bentonite and yeast cell walls preparations. It eliminates very effectively oxidized compounds and grape residues damaged by the grey rot and, thanks to the yeast hulls, re-establishes a good anti-oxidizing power to protect varietal and fermentative aromas.
