MAJORBENTON^® C

MAJORBENTON C is a bentonite easy to use, thanks to its granular structure enabling it to dissolve rapidly in water and to be used without the disadvantages of the products in powder form.

The addition of MAJORBENTON C in the must, at the beginning of fermentation, allows therefore the effective removal of these unstable proteins and to prevent a later intervention with pushed stabilization treatments, also causing the loss of fermentation aromas responsible for the bouquet. Thanks to its affinity towards proteinaceous substances, it reacts with tyrosinase, carrying out in this way a certain protection against the oxidation of the must.
