T-ZEST Bergamia is a blend of proanthocyanidins and ellagic tannins with antioxidant properties that enhances the freshness of white and rosé wines.
T-ZEST Bergamia imparts distinct bitter aromatic notes and balsamic essential oils to the wine, typical of fresh citrus fruits. It also enhances balsamic, lavender, and bitter orange nuances, as well as notes of tea leaves and hay.
The high polyphenolic content that characterizes T-ZEST Bergamia revitalizes the nose and palate of white and rosé wines.
T-ZEST Bergamia is an excellent adjunct for all stages of winemaking. It possesses ideal characteristics for use in aging and bottling. In hot vintages, it is ideal during fermentation, softening ripe-oriented aromas thanks to its freshness.
