Antioxidant of ciders and juices

Antioxin FJ is a powerful antioxidant that minimizes or completely removes oxygen from fruit juices and ciders. During bottling, it acts on the oxygen in the bottle neck, protecting beverages from oxidation. Thanks to its optimized formula, Antioxin FJ ensures prolonged oxidative protection for at least two years.

  • • Pear ciders and juices: 10–20 g/hL

  • • Alcoholic and flavored beverages based on grape or apple: 10–30 g/hL

    Directions for use: Best used immediately after fermentation and before bottlingIt can also be applied during final filtration to minimize air exposure.
