TAN Sweet is a blend of proanthocyanidins and ellagic tannins with antioxidant properties that enhances the structure and freshness of white and rosé wines.

TAN Sweet imparts tannic structure to wines, lending them sweetness and complexity. It enhances the sweet, aromatic and fresh notes typical of citrus fruits. Its addition is essential in wines that appear ‘flat’ and lack depth on the nose. 

TAN Sweet is an excellent aid for all stages of winemaking. It has ideal characteristics for use in fermentation, ageing and bottling.

During fermentation, it helps to reduce any warm notes, imparting freshness.
