In continuous dosing filtration, filter aids are used for delaying the clogging of the filtering layer, forming a porous structure which remains stable throughout the entire filtration period; filter aids deeply blend with particles building turbid matter and make the coat uncompressable. Silite High Speed SP: the high permeability of this perlite makes it ideal for filtering very hazy liquids with a high content of suspended solids. It is classified as perlite for coarse filtrations.
