Alkaline detergent with strong sequestering action for monophase cleaning

Dairy MP1 is an alkaline liquid formulation, suitable for waters with a high hardness, for the cleaning with recovery of closed lines subject to thermal exchange in the field of food and dairy industries.

Dairy MP1 is able to easily remove organic and inorganic residues from surfaces, while the presence of controllers of the water hardness enables to work even with waters with a high salt content. The formulation enables to delay in time the acid descaling stage. The presence of an anti-foaming agent enables its utilization even in systems with turbulence.
