Low alkalinity, single-phase detergent with a sequestering action, for the washing of closed circuits, CIP plants, heat exchangers (pasteurizers, skimmers, evaporators) and tunnel washing systems. The formulation of Dairy Clean enables to obtain a washing solution with a high degreasing and sequestering power (inorganic residues/milk stone), removing the residues of mixed dirt of different kinds of processing. The particular formulation of Dairy Clean makes it particularly suitable for the washing with particularly hard waters.
