Clem is a concentrated, neutral, liquid, medium-foaming detergent, suitable for all manual cleaning treatments typically found in the food industry. Clem is able to easily remove grease, protein and fat residues from the treated surfaces, manually or by immersion. Clem can be used on all types of washable surfaces, including plastics and light alloys.
