BRASIL BRAU 2022 is just around the corner

AEB Brewing is shaping the next generation of sustainably brewed beers and where better to showcase our latest brewing technologies than at BRASIL BRAU. The long-awaited International Beer Technology Fair takes place May 30^th to June 1^st, at the São Paulo Expo. We invite you to join us at BRASIL BRAU.

AEB Brewing will be highlighting the latest developments in yeast and fermentation, filtration and stabilisation, and the innovative process biotechnologies in our toolbox for brewing sustainably and creating great tasting beers.

This year BRASIL BRAU has partnered with the Instituto da Cerveja Brasil (ICB) to host the Brazilian Congress of Science & Technology in Beer. Renowned national and international speakers will talk on topics ranging from brewing process technologies and beer quality to marketing and supply chains.

The event will also host the 4th BRASIL BRAU Beer Business Management Award. An award, aimed at Brazilian brands in the market, will be judged across four categories: Packaging Design, Beer Culture Communication, Social Responsibility and Sustainability. The purpose of the award is to encourage continued professionalism in the beer business.
