AEB is a world leader in the production of gum arabic for enological use. The gum is selected and controlled by the technical services in the areas of production situated in the Sahel African regions. Great care is placed in making sure that the plants from which the exudate is harvested, are in fact of Acacia senegal or Acacia seyal.

Gum arabic (acacia gum), potassium bisulfite 0,8% (10 g/hL bring about 0,4 mg/L SO₂), water q.s. to 100.
