Strengthening proanthocyanidinic tannin, final oxygen receptor

PROTAN Bois is obtained from Quebracho through a double purification process, enabling to partially polymerize the vegetable proanthocyanidins, making them less aggressive. The action mechanism of PROTAN Bois is to act as final oxygen receptor. It is indicated to prevent oxidations and color losses, to increase the structure and to make more harmonious and long-lived the wines obtained from unripe grapes or quick macerations.
