FERMOPLUS® Starter
Nutrient for the early fermentation stages

FERMOPLUS Starter is a yeast nutrient specifically developed for the early fermentation stages of grape musts. Its composition was formulated in such a way as to simultaneously promote yeast multiplication and its development, in order to prevent an excessive growth of cells with low resistance. This nutrient does not contain ammino-acidic nitrogen which, especially in the early stages of red wine fermentation, would be consumed mostly by the indigenous lactic bacteria, causing an undesired increase in volatile acidity.
