MATINÉE DES ŒNOLOGUES: AEB TALKS ABOUT BIOPROTECTION

AEB took part in the 14^th edition of Matinée des œnologues de Bordeaux, that has been held in Gradignan (France) on the 18^th of March.

A day full of events, among which the presentation of Arnaud Delaherche, doctor in Microbiology applied to oenology and part of AEB technical team: the main focus was on the bioprotection as a microbiological and natural alternative to the vinification without sulphites.

The conference has been organized by the Association des œnologues de Bordeaux, in collaboration with the Tonnellerie Nadalié et Oak Add Ins. During the event many professionals belonging to wine sector discussed about different topics around the innovation, that was the main team of this edition.
