WE WILL BE PRESENT AT BRAUBEVIALE 2018, IN NUREMBERG

2018/09/24

The most important world event for the entire beverage production chain is rapidly approaching: the next edition of Braubeviale will open the doors from 13 to 15 November, at the Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg, Germany.

At our stands (7-437 and 7-436, HALL 7), placed opposite each other, you will see and learn more about our range of biotechnological solutions, products, detergents, treatment and filtration equipment for the production of beer and beverages in general.

Also, this year there will be some news. Concerning biotechnologies, we are pleased to announce the further widening of our dry yeast range: in fact, Weiss Arome+ was born, the ideal yeast for wheat beers, such as Weiss and Blanche. Of course, our technicians will be available to show you the completeness and quality of the AEB offer for the beer world. Our offer, in continuous growth, meets any need, from small microbreweries to industrial breweries.

At our stand, there will also be a special area allowing exploring Innotec equipment for the handling and processing of food liquids through a wonderful virtual journey. All this thanks to comfortable 3D viewers that will let you discover the equipment at 360 degrees, to understand in detail their operation.

One of the latest innovations launched by AEB, for beer and beverages in general, will be given a particular attention. The novelty is called ICGENE and consists of a device for a real-time genetic detection. In fact, it allows determining in advance the presence of contaminating microorganisms, such as Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, and solving the problem from the early stages. ICGENE is supplied together with a reagent kit and a touch screen tablet: just one click to consult the results of analyses.

There will also be dry lubrication systems on display and multipurpose foam nebulizers for the hygiene of all surfaces. Filtration will also have a wide space: we are talking about high pressure lenticular filter housings and the alternative - based on the use of filter cartridges - called Filtrok, a device able to collect clogging material such as dirt and residues of clarifying agents that may be present during the production process.

In short, there are the premises for another successful edition! The growth of Braubeviale has also been very positive; this exhibition was born in 1978 and has continued to grow over the years, reaching almost 40 thousand visitors and 2500 visitors in the previous edition.

Braubeviale includes all production sectors of the beverage industry: raw materials, technologies, equipment, packaging, accessories and marketing. In addition to the exhibition part, there will be a rich calendar of thematic events, technical meetings, conferences and tasting areas.

We look forward to meeting you at Braubeviale from 13 to 15 November!
