CHITOCEL P Liquid is a solution of protonated chitosan that enables the extremely rapid wine clarification. This preparation is to be used in combination with other clarifying agents as well as with oenological charcoal, and imparts excellent clarity even to wines that are difficult to clarify, thanks to its reactivity in forming flocs.
The composition of CHITOCEL P Liquid has been optimised to achieve results in both flotation and static clarification.
CHITOCEL P Liquid also reacts effectively in difficult flotation processes thanks to the chitosan’s decisive reactivity with the particles and solid fractions.
