Thanks to the strategic alliance we have developed with the distributor “Insumos y Servicios para la Industria Láctea” (Supplies and services for the milk industry), on Friday 17 May, at LA BODEGA (Villa María, Córdoba, Argentina), a technical update day has been held with some professionals from the dairy sector.

During the meeting three main themes were addressed:

  • Water efficiency in the milk industry, by Esteban Oliva (GBE Consultora)

  • Detergency in the dairy industry, by Alberto Galetti (AEB Argentina)

  • Usefulness of ferments in cheese production, by Julio Cuadros (representative of AEB Argentina)

At the end of the reports a debate was held to exchange ideas and experiences among the participants. About 100 people took part in the event, belonging to 36 dairy industries. At the end, a lunch was organized to entertain guests.
