BENTOGRAN Rapid is a bentonite with a high clarification speed. It is in the form of granules, allowing a quick dispersion in water in a few minutes, with no dust and inconveniences to the user.

BENTOGRAN Rapid absorbs much water during the swelling, and this highlights its adsorbent characteristics, very useful in the processing of quality wines, in particular regarding the protein stabilization. When used in red wines and liqueur wines, it eliminates those colloidal fractions often linked to the coloring matter, only negligibly affecting the loss of polyphenols.

BENTOGRAN Rapid is active at low dosages, and this enables its utilization even on prized wines, where it is needed to preserve structure and smells.
