FERMOL® Ro5es
Selected yeast strain for aromatic white and rosé wines
FERMOL Ro5es is the ideal strain to enhance the starchy and fruity character in rosé wines. This is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain that performs exceptionally well in combining organic compounds to create esters, thereby producing the amylic sensation, ranging from light red fruits to tropical fruit, with delicate notes of orange blossom.
FERMOL Ro5es is a strain resistant to up to 16.0% alcohol and to medium-low temperatures. It is the result of a selection from hybrid strains and has distinguished itself for its excellent fermentation performance and robustness. This yeast allows to produce high quantities of glycerol even at low temperatures.
