DYNAMIC CLARIFICATION SYSTEM TO IMPROVE MUST CLARIFICATION 

Flotation can be described as a must clarification process where the solid residues of the grapes are separated from the juice. Thanks to this method, clarification of the must becomes faster than the traditional cold settling technique, dramatically increasing the capacity of the winery and allowing a higher percentage of clean must to be recovered. 

The E-Flot range of flotation equipment, designed by AEB ENGINEERING, enables must clarification to be optimised. With the help of E-Flot, the winemaker will be able to carry out clarification faster, reducing energy expenditure in the cellar through limited use of cooling systems.
