Arabinol® SB is a naturally occurring polysaccharide, consisting of arabans, galactans and uronic acid complexes, in association with polypropylene glycol alginate, which is used as a hydrophilic colloid for beer head retention. Thanks to its colloidal action Arabinol® SB increases foam viscosity and delays the release of CO2. In this way, beer retains its fresh characteristics for longer.
