KAMIKAZE-T is the tannin that prevents the macromolecules and proteins in the grapes from having undesirable effects on the quality of our wine due to high temperatures and pH levels. KAMIKAZE-T sacrifices itself to protect the anthocyanins in all their complex nuances, allowing for wines with brighter and more intense colours.
Thanks to KAMIKAZE-T, wines with deeper purple hues and more complex aromas can be produced.
