Cremor Stop Extra 40 is a very pure metatartaric acid, whose esterification index, by means of special processes, has been brought to values constantly above 40 degrees, which is the highest level technology currently allows. This allows for maximum prevention of potassium bitartrate and neutral calcium tartrate precipitations in wines at low temperatures.
