Malolact Acclimatée is a is a malolactic bacteria preparation (Oenococcus oeni) effective in promoting the malolactic fermentation. Also, Malolact Acclimatée solves problems arising from the presence of bacteriophages since their action is genetically specific, which means that the phages of a specific genetic group attack only a specific genetic group of bacteria.
