Endozym Thiol Rouge is a specific liquid pectolytic enzyme with targeted secondary activities for the extraction of thiol aromas from red grapes. Recommended for use on Grenache, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc, Shiraz, Mouvèrdre, Cinsault etc. The utilisation of Endozym Thiol Rouge facilitates the extraction and dissolution of specific compounds present in grapes including aromatic precursors and those responsible for varietal aromas.
