A HIGH PERFORMING YEAST THAT ALLOWS YOU TO GET CREATIVE WITH READY-TO-DRINK ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, INCLUDING HARD SELTZERS, FLAVOURED SPIRIT-BASED DRINKS, AND RTD COCKTAILS, ALONG WITH THEIR LOW ALCOHOL VARIANTS.

NXT Turbo Spirit is a fast-fermenting yeast, aided by a unique formulation of yeast nutrients that’s perfect for producing a neutral alcohol base, one that is flavourless and odourless allowing you a clean base on which to build the flavour profile you want.

NXT Turbo Spirit can withstand high fermentation temperatures and is resistant to high ethanol concentrations, typically up to 15% ABV. It also has a built-in acidity regulator to ensure the pH is optimal for a healthy fermentation. Furthermore, NXT Turbo Spirit is urea-free.
