Use Bâtonnage Rondeur during maturation to enhance elegance and body. It will assist in achieving rounded and softened tannins. Bâtonnage Rondeur is rich in nucleotides which contribute to palate length. The AEB Bâtonnage Plus range provides solutions for short or long term use and includes products that may be used up to a week before bottling if enhanced body or structure is desired.
