FERMOPLUS Non Sacch is a complex, 100% organic nutrient based on yeast hulls and yeast autolysates, rich in amino acids and trace elements.
FERMOPLUS Non Sacch originates from AEB research aimed at increasing the fermentation performance of non-Saccharomyces yeasts, to ferment beyond the specific alcohol contents that are often limiting for the wine industry.
This nutrient has been selected for Metschnikowia pulcherrima, Torulaspora delbruecki and Lachancea thermotolerans strains, which enhance the organoleptic complexity of varietal wine.
