Enowater can eliminate traces of chlorine, thus doing away with the risk of unpleasant odours. It can be used in all food and beverage industries to treat mains water in compliance with the highest standards of safety and constantly operate in the various processing stages with the highest quality water.

It also removes all coarse particles of various kinds which are often found in drinking water, completely eliminating all yeasts, bacteria and moulds which, in theory, should not be present, but at certain times of the year may be encountered due to the climate conditions (drought) or the seasonal use of water.

This equipment, designed by AEB ENGINEERING is a simple, yet innovative system for making any mains water suitable for use in the food processing industry and in all facilities where access to drinking water is required. Enowater is, in fact, a water pre-treatment system that can be used in input and integrated into the machinery used during the production cycle.

COMPONENTS

Enowater is a kit consisting of 3 x 20” in-line housings (50 cm) containing 3 different DANMIL filter elements which are particularly suitable for this purpose.

The housings are fixed to the wall with a stainless steel press bent bracket, with an in-out rubber hose connector and pressure reducer to ensure the optimal flow, guaranteeing the success of the purification process. The housings consist of a body (vessel) in polypropylene and a plastic-coated head on which a vent valve is mounted, which is required to fully diffuse the liquid into the cartridge.

Enowater can be combined with numerous systems used in the food and beverage production process. For example, it can be applied on equipment from the Reactivateur 60 range for the rehydration of yeasts and on demineralisation and reverse osmosis water treatment systems (Osmo).
