Chitocel es un producto a base de quitosano, polisacárido natural de origen fúngico (Aspergillus niger) que permite reducir y en algunos casos eliminar la carga microbiana indeseable en el vino; activo contra bacterias acéticas, lácticas, levaduras en general y Brettanomyces.


Quitosano derivado de Aspergillus niger, cortezas de levadura.
