From 17 to 20 November 2026, AEB will be exhibiting at the 31st edition of SIMEI, the world's leading international trade fair dedicated to technologies and products for the wine and beverage industry. Recognized as the benchmark event for the entire sector, SIMEI brings together professionals and exhibitors from across the globe, covering not only wine production but also the beer, olive oil, soft drinks, mineral water and spirits.

For this year's exhibition, AEB has chosen "Behind Every Wine Story" as the guiding theme of its presence at SIMEI. Because behind every exceptional wine lies a combination of research, expertise, innovation and technological excellence. It is within this often unseen – but essential – journey that AEB works alongside industry professionals every day, helping transform ambitious projects into lasting success stories.
