Research & Development has always been one of our cornerstones. For over 50 years, we have been involved in technical-scientific analyses in order to meet our customers’ needs. The know-how acquired by our large team of experts, the advanced analysis capabilities of the process and the high-tech laboratories we have available, are all elements that have led us to become a leader in our industry.

The main objectives of our research are:

• improve the quality of our products and develop new ones to constantly grow and anticipate market needs;
• to constantly improve productivity and process results;
• to extend our know-how to other food & beverage areas such as beer, fruit juices and cider;
• to help our customers obtain quality product through analysis and the solving of potential issues.
