MONTE CARLO: WE PRESENTED THE LATEST NEWS AND SUCCESSES OF THE ITALIAN FOOD NETWORK

2019/02/05

From January 24 to 26, the Italian Food Convention 2019 took place in the splendid surroundings of Monte Carlo, Monaco. The meeting touched on several topics, starting from the latest goals and positive results achieved by the team, both nationally and globally.

Food is one of the pillars on which AEB Group is aiming and will aim in the coming years. The unlimited potential of the market, but at the same time the presence of a regulatory regime differentiated according to the country, requires a very well defined organizational, commercial, control and research structure. And the company is getting ready for this wonderful opportunity.

The last few years have seen a steady increase in turnover. But the strategic-commercial objectives to be leveraged in the short and medium-long term require the development of specific projects. These were among the topics addressed during the meeting: from the numerous training initiatives, to the offer of digital tools and highly innovative technicians to support the sales network.

The situation is also interesting concerning beer, where we learn that the sector is still growing, particularly in the North and Central Italy. Companies are trying to differentiate and shorten the sales chain. Despite the changes and challenges underway, the Group is growing, confirming to be a 360° solution provider for all types of breweries.

Research - which has always been the AEB flagship – has been another aspect at the center of the three days of work: numerous are the new products and formulations presented.

The Convention was held in the prestigious Fairmont hotel. After the meeting, the team visited the old city of Monaco - where there is the Prince's palace - and had the opportunity to admire the magnificent Oceanographic Museum perched on the city, with a breathtaking view of the sea bathing these coasts.
