Fermoplus DAP Free is a nutrient based on pure autolysed yeast - the pure extract coming from the autolysis of specific strains of yeast selected for their high content in amino acids, vitamins and nitrogen. It is a balanced nutrient preparation with high bioavailability, both of nitrogen and lipidic compounds. During fermentation, yeast require readily assimilable nitrogen, lipidic factors – which grant resistance to high alcohol levels - and vitamins and micro-elements to facilitate metabolism.
