FERMOL® Iper R

Yeasts for white wines

Fermol Iper R promotes the production of glycerol and quickly releases mannoproteins and polysaccharides in the wine that are left on lees. Ideal for Chardonnay, Viogner, Chardonel, Seyval and all white wines that can use a soft and round mid palate. It has high resistance to cold temperature.
