ZYMASIL Pronto Rouge is a yeast and nutrient blend for direct inoculation that can ferment successfully without rehydration.

It is therefore easy to use and guarantees high fermentation performance.

Its formulation is the result of studies aimed at facilitating the use of yeast in the must.

The resulting wines have spicy notes of ripe figs and small red fruits, especially currants and cherries.
