A few days are missing to the 56^th Congrès des Oenologues de France, that will be held from 18 to 21 of May in Val de Loire region.
The central theme of the event will be wine and water. The congress is an important opportunity for over 400 oenology experts and representatives of 7 French main oenological areas, especially during Vinalies Contest and the scientific and technical conferences.
