TANIQUERC Boiseè

Blend of toasted Oak, Quebracho and Acacia tannins for the aging of red wines

TANIQUERC Boiseè accentuates the violet tones of red wines, preventing them from evolving towards orange shades and enables the correct balance between anthocyanins and tannins to be re-established.

The polyphenolic structure of TANIQUERC Boiseè gives it a high affinity with the anthocyanins present. In addition, the condensed tannins released by this product combine directly with these compounds to give more stable coloured wines.

TANIQUERC Boiseè is the ideal adjuvant for wines undergoing aging, it imparts "boisées" notes, which develop the complexity of the bouquet, highlighting notes of vanilla, liquorice and toasted wood.
