Fermoale German K gives the light fruity yeast aroma notes that characterise these top-fermenting beer styles and also enables brewers to experiment with neutral style beers upon which more subtle aromas and flavours can be advantageously displayed.

A traditional German yeast strain ideal for producing the classic Kölsch and Altbier styles of Colgne and Dusseldorf, as well as more modern warm larger fermentation styles, where a clean, neutral palate with a gentle malt character is desired.
