MONOFOAM

Monofoam is an alkaline foam detergent with high sequestering characteristics, suitable for the cleaning of open surfaces in all the fields of food, bottling and beverage industries and in the oenological field. Monofoam is able to easily remove organic (even strong) residues from surfaces, while the presence of controllers of the water hardness allows working with high salt content waters. The formulation allows procrastinating over time the acid descaling step. Monofoam is particularly suitable for all those washings where it is necessary to remove limestone and protein deposits from surfaces, such as milk stone, beer stone and calcium oxalate.
