AROMA & FLAVOUR CHARACTERISTICS
Imparts a fruity flavour profile of soft orange peel and citrus.
Kveik’ is a Norwegian dialect term for yeast and is derived from the old Norse ‘kvikk' meaning vigorous and fast, the context being healthy and
lively. Kveik yeast are fast fermenting (48-72hr) and high temperature tolerant.
