INNOTEC ARRIVES IN PFALZ: DISCOVER OBERHOFER'S DOUBLE MICRO!

Pfalz is one of Germany's most important wine-growing areas. It was here that the Oberhofer family, originally from Tramin, emigrated in 1754: almost 250 years later, Oberhofer was founded in Edesheim, a winery which has always combined attention and commitment in the vineyard with meticulous work in the cellar.

In 2008, Oberhofer espoused the principles of organic viticulture with an increasing orientation towards sustainability, quality and diversity.

The double microfiltration line with automatic CIP for still and sparkling wines installed by INNOTEC allows continuous work, without production stoppages, with the possibility of producing on one line and washing/sanitising the other. In addition, the full optional CIP and microfiltration controls allow the life of the DANMIL microfiltration cartridges to be extended, preserving their quality for a long time.

Oberhofer's INNOTEC plant is used for the production of Riesling, Traminer, Pinot Noir and Merlot, not forgetting the famous Glühwein, commonly known as mulled wine.
