COMPACTNESS AND SUSTAINABILITY: THE AUTOMATIC MICROFILTRATION OF KURTATSCH KELLEREI
Kurtatsch Kellerei, also known as Cantina Cortaccia, is one of the oldest wine cooperatives in South Tyrol. Its vineyards extend at an altitude between 220 and 900 meters above sea level, a rare case in Europe.
Cortaccia has always been committed to sustainably producing wines that faithfully reflect their provenance. Respect for the terroir is combined with attention to the functional and management aspects of the cellar, for all-around sustainability.
INNOTEC was able to interpret the customer's needs well through the installation of an automatic microfiltration plant complete with C.I.P. (Cleaning-In-Place) in combination with the new bottling line.
The concept of sustainability is inherent in the solution proposed by INNOTEC, a compact solution that fits perfectly into the limited production space of the winery and fully fulfills all its functions. The prior assessment of the space and layout was carried out using the 3D simulation method.
This installation fully demonstrates the tailor-made philosophy that has always been a founding principle of INNOTEC.
